I wasn't able to finish my college. In effect, it was so hard to look for a job with a first rate pay. Nevertheless, I had to discover a job to support my spouse and my son. I went from different job to another but one of which could suffice for my family's needs. In the finish I went out to try my luck in the military as my uncle had suggested. To my surprise, you need over luck to make it through the armed forces - you need determination, physical, emotional, and mental strengths. I was once so driven that I had to press on and I made it. A couple of years after, I became an official in the military and my family's status began to change. But there is one thing that didn't - my preference for army surplus clothing. Within the armed forces they are periodically given sets of uniforms. Based on my personal experience, these uniforms weren't for my needs. Back in the coursework of the training days, having seven sets of military clothing will barely get you going without having to wash them often. It was my spouse who thought of sending me some army surplus clothing. I am glad my spouse sent me army surplus clothing, although it may not be much but it gave me time to either rest or get in contact with my relatives. My colleagues even assumed that I have got special treatment from the admin because I have additional sets of army clothing because the uniforms are identical. They finally understood when I explained it to them. Even when I was once sent abroad, specifically to the Middle East for military operations, having additional sets of uniforms from army surplus clothing came in handy. Back then, the operations necessary rigorous activities that often damages my military gear. Waiting for the supplies to be shipped in from our home country takes some time. Fortunately I have brought with me army clothing. Before I left the country for an abroad military task, I went out with my spouse to buy some more additional army surplus clothing. It was my first time to go out with my spouse and personally check the store where they buys them. I was once amazed by the large supplies of different kinds of military uniform that they have. Moreover, purchasing the uniforms that early on gave me over time to have them tailor fit the uniforms to my size. |
